Our bees forage primarily on alfalfa blossoms, creating a light-colored honey with a smooth, mild flavor and subtle floral notes — a favorite among those who appreciate a more refined sweetness. We harvest in small batches, never heating or filtering our honey, to preserve the natural enzymes, nutrients, and complexity of flavor found only in raw, unprocessed honey.
